CiviPlus 2024 in Review

In the closing days of 2024 let’s take a look back on what’s been a great year for CiviPlus. We’ve seen some big success stories, including the launch of PlusCMS, an award nomination and several amazing new client’s launched and sharing their success stories. All this and more below!

Clients & Partners

It’s always a pleasure to work with all our existing clients and partners, and this year we’ve added many more to the family! Check out our partners page to find out the new additions - plus you’ll also see our partner case study all about how Moprh PR and Marketing have worked alongside us!

We’ve also populated the case studies section of our website with stories from some of clients, with more coming in the future! Why not check out our work with Intelligent Transport Systems UK to see how they harnessed CiviPlus to streamline their membership functions? Alongside all of this we’re also starting to introduce our new bespoke client portal to completely overhaul the way we interact with our clients.

The Knowledge Base 

This year has also seen the launch of the CiviPlus Knowledge Base, a valuable resource for new clients and partners. This comprehensive and ever expanding information hub helps users quickly find answers to basic questions, helping them to implement things quicker and with more independence!

Plus CMS

One of the most significant milestone for CiviPlus this year was the launch of PlusCMS, our integrated website builder. This powerful tool lets users create a fully integrated website that works seamlessly alongside their CRM and portal. 

With its intuitive, tailor-built interface, PlusCMS represents the culmination of years of dedicated work and is designed to simplify and enhance how organisations manage their online presence seamlessly.

CiviPlus Updates

Of course, it’s not just PlusCMS that’s been added to CiviPlus. The GoCardless integration launched in full this year. Excellent for recurring payments, its addition to our payment suite (alongside Stripe) means that CiviPlus will let you process all your payments digitally, allowing you to save substantial time.

In addition to this milestone, we’ve got also got  plenty of new reporting features coming, with visual and colourful charts and more flexibility to display your data. Integrations have been a focus too, with an enhanced Zoom integration, integration with our Community Platform Open Social and the upcoming Zapier integration being highlights - which will open a lot more opportunities! 

All this is alongside consistently enhancing core membership functionality, expanding available personalisable tokens for your emails, and creating exciting new areas of the portal like CPD tracking. A lot has changed and we’re excited to continue to innovate next year! 

Recognition for CiviPlus

CiviPlus gained significant recognition this year, earning a nomination for Best Association/Supplier Partnership by the Trade Association Forum. This nomination celebrated our collaboration with the Bathroom Manufacturers Association, highlighting the impactful partnerships we’ve fostered through our SaaS platform.

Webinars

As always, we’ve continued our webinar series this year on topics such as organisational memberships to grant giving & applications - all available over at the CiviPlus Youtube channel! We’ve now got quite the extensive back catalogue covering different areas of nonprofit management and areas of CiviPlus!

Events

We got out and about this year yet again! We were at Elevate in March, MemberWise in May, Trade Association Forum’s Best Practice Exchange in September and 2 Association of Association Executives events - the World Congress in Graz, Austria in June, and the closer to home UK Congress just this last weekend in December!

We always have the most amazing time meeting with some amazing organisations, learning about their causes, and as we continue to attend these conferences year on year, catching up with old acquaintances and friends.

Summary

2024 has been a very memorable year for CiviPlus. From the new clients to the product innovations, to all the fantastic information we’ve managed to put out into the world, we’re very proud of our team and all they’ve accomplished.
